My name is Oscar Borja, and I'm the founder of Built Below.

I know what it's like to start at the bottom. I was stuck in a cycle of alcohol, bad habits and excuses. At 275 pounds, I was losing myself. So I chose to fight. I got down to 200, slipped back up to 230, and cut my way back to 200 again. Today I'm at 185, and still going. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done, and it taught me that growth isn't a straight line. It's setbacks, comebacks, pain and progress.

That's why it's called Built Below. It's about where you start, not where you finish. It's for anyone who's been underestimated, fought silently with themselves, and decided enough is enough.

Every piece we make is a reminder that no matter where you start, your rise is possible. It's for the ones who embrace the grind, respect the struggle and rise above the ordinary.
