Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange any Built Below item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags.

To start a return, email us at oscarborja797@gmail.com with your order number and let us know whether you want a refund or a different size.

Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as your return arrives.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Sale items and items bought with a discount code are also eligible for a refund or exchange.
